Any way not to use GeoMapper for Google Maps integration for company record?

Our goal is to display a Google Map on a company record, where we use the HubSpot API to pull the address and pass it to Google Maps to display a small map with the company's location. On a company record there is a field to show a map, but right now it is blank.

It appears the only solution that is available for this is GeoMapper, which is expensive. Is it even possible for us to develop our own solution? There seems to be zero resources anywhere on the web on how we would implement such a solution. Is this really a lost cause? It seems like I never previously got the answers I wanted since the question wasn't understood correctly.

Actually I have a similar problem but a bit different.

I’m currently using HubSpot CRM and I'm looking for a feature similar to one I’ve seen in Pipedrive CRM. In Pipedrive, there is a native feature that allows users to click on the address of a deal and open a map layer that shows the deal's location along with all other deals within a 1 km radius (minimum or more). This visual representation is incredibly helpful for planning and managing sales activities.

Is there an equivalent feature or integration available in HubSpot that would allow me to visualize deal locations on a map and see other nearby deals? If so, could you please guide me on how to set this up or recommend any third-party apps that provide this functionality?

I appreciate any suggestions or guidance you can provide.

It's definitely not a lost cause — you can build your own Google Maps embed using the HubSpot API and a bit of custom code. But if you're looking for a ready-made alternative to GeoMapper, Mapsly is a solid option. It supports map embeds, full address field control, and can show live maps on company records — without requiring a separate integration.

If you’re going the DIY route, check Google Maps’ Embed API and use HubSpot’s custom modules to insert it on the record page.
