      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to access/view workflows in my Developer's App Test Account. I am redirected to the upgrade page: &lt;A href="https://app.hubspot.com/upgrade/43753617/workflows" target="_blank"&gt;https://app.hubspot.com/upgrade/43753617/workflows&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this not included in the sandbox for developers/test accounts? I'm unable to test critical parts of the integration.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I know this may seem obvious, but would you please confirm the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You have access to a HubSpot Developer account (this can be created by following the prompts on &lt;A href="https://developers.hubspot.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try creating a new "App Test Account" to see if this gives you access to workflows. To do this, navigate to your Developer Account's "Testing" page &lt;EM&gt;(link in top nav)&lt;/EM&gt;. Then click "Create app test account" and follow the prompts. Please note, there's a maximum of 10 "App Test Accounts" per Developer Account, so you may need to delete some old/unused test accounts before creating a new one.
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;If simply creating a new "App Test Account" solves your problem, it's likely you've been using an old/legacy test account type that, for whatever reason, doesn't allow you access to workflows.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Appreciate your reply! Confirming that I've tried what you list out above. I created 2-3 different App Test Accounts and logged in on different browsers hoping it was a cache issue, but the system is still telling me I need to upgrade when trying to access workflows to toy with things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Out of interest, would you please try creating a brand new HubSpot Developer account&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;(this can be created by following the prompts on &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://developers.hubspot.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;). Then, within this new developer account, try creating a new "App Test Account" to see if this gives you access to workflows.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that doesn't work, it might be best to get in touch with HubSpot support directly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I tried 3 different, separate accounts. Any clue on how I can actually get in touch with someone at HubSpot? I don't have access to any help resources in these accounts (maybe part of the same issue? Not sure!), and this development is something I'm doing on the side without having a free or paid HubSpot CRM subscription. So far I can only get in touch with sales who refer me here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;One further thought, would you please confirm which type of developer account you are using? As far as I'm aware, there are at least 2 types of developer accounts:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;App Developer Account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;CMS Developer Sandbox Account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In my experience, test accounts belonging to an "App Developer Account" have access to all HubSpot features. See below screenshot, taken from the HubSpot Developer account "Get Started" page:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://developers.hubspot.com/get-started" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://developers.hubspot.com/get-started&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;My final idea here is to try creating a free HubSpot CRM account with the same email address that you used to create your App Developer Account. Wait a while, then try creating a new app test account. Maybe having at least a free version of HubSpot CRM is a prerequisite here, but that's just a guess.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope you have some luck soon. Let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
