Triggered based marketing email

I hope you having a good day.

I wanted to understand if the below task is achievable via hubspot or should I look for another alternative.

Task-
Connect external tool ( company internal advertising platfrom) and based on user interaction on that internal tool. Send action based email.
Eg

S.No	Email trigger	User attributes
1	Successful signup	<email>
2	Payment successful	<email>, <campaign_name>
3	Payment Failed	<email>

Is there any way to create these triggers via any specifc API.

@Vishesh2716 create a custom propertie for your e-mail triggers below, and use that custom propertie as workflow trigger to send the marketing emails. Is that an option? Fill the custom propertie via the update or contact API: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/contacts#endpoint?spec=PATCH-/crm/v3/objects/contacts/{contactId}

Hi Levi,
Thanks for your response. Fetching contacts details from 3rd party application using the above api will resolve one issue. The majour concern is sending email trigger based on user action on the 3rd party tool.
As the payments ( acceptance , failure ) etc would be hosted on 3rd party tool. Morever if the user is fillng a Know your customer (KYC form) the form is also hosted on the 3rd party tool.

Is there a way both the tools can interact in a way that triggers could be created. The above shared api is of contacts , are there any other such api which could be used ?

Hi @Vishesh2716 , are customer behavorial events an option? It is a marketing enterprise functionality but it should work in your case.
