Calls from Knowlarity are suddenly not getting logged into HubSpot

Hi Team,

We have a API connect with Knowlarity which was working fine till March, but now we onbserved that the API doesnot work. Please help..

Hi, @AjitRG. Thanks for your question.

Two requests:

Have you already opened a case with the integration creator? This should be your first step if you haven't done it already. (HubSpot allows 3rd party apps to create integrations, but the 3rd party is responsible for supporting the tools they build)
Can link me to the set-up guide you use for this integration? I tried searching for it but didn't find one

I ask because, HubSpot sunset API keys last year. And if this tool didn't update their code, then it's possible that it is no longer working as expected. Without the setup guide or better documentation from them, I cannot say for sure.
