      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When a new customer or lead gets synced to Hubspot from Shopify using the Shopify integration, the phone numbers don't get carried over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer usually fills in the phone number field during the checkout process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having our customers' phone numbers is really important to our business. I've seen that other people were having this issue, is there a solution to this problem ? Hubspot support doesn't seem to be able to give one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/138767"&gt;@joesasson-gid&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; posted about doing an export in this &lt;A href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Syncing-phone-number-through-shopify-integration/m-p/354691/highlight/true#M120736" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;thread&lt;/A&gt;, but that seems like a pretty manual process &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":sad_but_relieved_face:"&gt;😥&lt;/span&gt; .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have also read that Piesync can be used in conjunction with the HubSpot integration as it offers more robust field mapping.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/13982"&gt;@dennisedson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is correct. Only a limited number of fields come over on the checkout process using the native Shopify connector. Using an alternative such as PieSync will let you have more control over what is sent over and what is not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We've run into similar issues with other fields as well, in which we used connected apps in Shopify to copy property values to tags. However, I wouldn't recommend that solution for a unique value such as phone numbers.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I actually figured out a pretty easy workaround using &lt;A href="https://www.integromat.com/en" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Integromat&lt;/A&gt; (they have a free plan if you are running very few operations, and a cheap $9/mo plan) to detect new customers and add the phone number to hubspot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can share more details of the scenario I created if you're interested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/514003"&gt;@BIngram42&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I can send over a blueprint of the scenario if you'd like. You can private message me with your email (I think).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's actually quite simple. You can use the Shopify Watch Customers module to get all new customers (Or you can set up a webhook that will fire on new customer creation) and then add a module to update a record in Hubspot, and search by email, then add the shipping phone number into the Phone Number field.
