Getting Unauthorized exception upon getowner api endpoint request

Hi, I'm getting an unauthorized exception on owners getowner api's endpoint stating that "This app hasn't been granted all required scopes to make this call.". It works on my local dev machine but it doesn't once on deployed QA. All other endpoints works fine. Please advise me if I might be missing something.

Do the two apps have the same scope?

In particular, app have the "crm.objects.owners" scope?

Please check it in your app settings.

Hi, It's one app. We use PAT local dev machine and we have OAuth setup on QA and dev.
I have the crm.objects.owners scope setup. It also happens with updating the deal's pipeline stage. Whereas for other properties it goes through.
