Bring up contact on users screen

Developing an app where when a customer dials in their information pops up on the users screen. Is this possible? Planning on posting the users name to the system and the number that called (to match with correct contact and then bring this contact up)

I am using Blazor (c#) to create my app, all the data will be stored in hubspot. There is no apps that I can see that help with this functionality.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get hubspot to pull up a contacts information to a users screen and how?
