HubSpot iFrame is not maintaining my site session.

I have created CRM Card in which I have added custom action for IFrame. Actually, I want to load data from my site in the HubSpot iFrame. Whenever I open my site in the iFrame it redirects to my site's login page. I think this is happening because HubSpot iFrame is not picking up my site session from the browser. After that, I logged into my site, and it again redirects to my login page. I analyzed that using HubSpot iFrame, the session for my site is not maintained each time. Please provide me with a solution.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

I've checked internally and I can confirm that this is a limitation of the CRM cards tool. Website logins currently don't work in the iframes for CRM cards. The team is working on a fix, but there is not a timeline as to when this will be rolled out. I'll keep monitoring the progress and update this thread as soon as a fix is implemented.

Is there any update on this? I have the same need. This seems like a fairly common requirement - authentication within the iframe rendered from the CRM card. I would love to know when there will be a fix or if there's a recommended workaround. Thank you.

I've been in touch with the product team and there are unfortunately no updates that we could share here as the team had to prioritize other projects. I can, however, confirm that this is still on their radar.

this problem is now exacerbated by Chorme's latest https://developers.google.com/privacy-sandbox/3pcd/storage-partitioning

One change would be if primary actions can simply open links instead of iframe cards. I don't believe it's possible to do that now w/ the platform?
