Social Media API Not Pulling InteractionsCount

Our team is working on pulling down our Hubspot social media publishing data. We are not seeing any data in the interactionscount field even though there are interactions appearing in the UI. Is there something else our team should be pulling down? "Clicks" do appear and match the data in the UI.

Hi @JessicaSalley , that field has been deprecated. If you check out this doc in the sidebar you can see that there are some fields grayed out and there's a comment that notes the field has been deprecated.

Clicks would be the field you'd want to look at.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, @cbarley .

So the only data you can pull down is clicks? Not any kind of other interactions even though they are being tracked in the UI? Do you know why this is?

At this time, yes thats the only info you can get. We're looking to redo that API soon, though so keep an eye out!

Any update on this yet or is there any other resource that stores this through the API? We are also going through the same.

It would be nice to know if there is a fix or an update when it is done.
