Persistent 500 errors on /contacts/v1/lists

We use the contacts v1 API because we need list associations. For one specific customer, we are unable to access this endpoint.

We are sending the same request as always:

GET https://api.hubapi.com/contacts/v1/lists/all/contacts/all?showListMemberships=True&includeVersion=True&count=100

But receiving an error from the API:

{"status":"error","message":"internal error","correlationId":"4748b65b-a7ae-40fb-a59f-2e05e276a0b6"}

Every other endpoint works fine, but this endpoint fails no matter what we try. Is this a known issue?

Hi, @Hogan 👋 I have a few questions to help clarify my understanding.

This request works for other portals you work with, correct?
The portal in quest, the one getting the 500 error, can use the other endpoints you work with, just not this one endpoint specifically?

Additionally, can you please DM me the HubID (portal ID) for the customer who is getting this error?

Yes, all other customers return data with this endpoint just fine. And all other endpoints that we're using for this customer work fine as well.
