Tracking Code Api not pushing page views

I have implemented my tracking code on my external web app and I am trying to push page view data into the contact record, but I'm not seeing any page view data coming over. Has anyone else noticed this? The tracking code is working because I can see the form submission working and pushing data into the contact record. Any advise would be appreciated.

Hi, @AGross7 👋 This is a challenging one for the community to answer without some way to view or reproduce the issue. There are too many possibilities for folks to feel comfortable guessing, is my hunch. This is not your fault or a criticism, but more the nature of broader questions.

You can try adding additional details and screenshots to update your post. And I understand in this case, giving a way to reproduce may be challenging.

@Jaycee_Lewis thank you for the reply. I was told by our HubSpot support team to put a post out in the developer forum. We have two instances of HubSpot CRM. One we are using for some testing. I initially setup my Blazor app with the tracking code for this instance. I was using the Tracking Code API to push leads into the contact record along with page views. This all worked fine in this instance. When I update my code base with our Prod instance tracking code, the Identify method call didn't work along with the page views not working. I later read that if our account was created after September 2021, that we could no longer use the Tracking Code API to create or update contact record data. I did switch to the non-HubSpot form solution and I can see in both instances that the form submission data is being sent into the CRM and I can see the data on the contact record is being updated or created. The weird thing is, that our PROD instance doesn't tracking page view data, even though our Test instance does. The only thing I'm changing in my code base is the tracking code snippet. Everything esle remains the same, but our PROD instance doesn't track the page view. I think there might be a configuration issue, but I can't seem to pinpoint what might be different. I've got all the settings between instances as closely as I can. I've included some screenshots. I don't believe this to be a code implementation issue as I can see all the data in our Test instance.

I have also tested pushing page views in our sandbox account (UAT_Hubspot) that is tied to our production account and page view tracking works in our sandbox account. I'm still not seeing page views being stored on the contact record in our production instance however. Please advise.

@Jaycee_Lewis , if this helps, I'm levearging the api below and included a screenshot of the methods I'm using. Again, this all works fine in our sandbox account, but doesn't work in our prod instance. I thought maybe it was due to IP filtering, but I did remove our IPs and tested again and had no luck. Please advise.

@Jaycee_Lewis , I have resolved this issue. We had some IP filtering in place. Even though I had removed this for testing, I don't believe the change had a chance to propagate through the system before I tested it out. I can now see my page views on the contact record in our prod instance.

Ensure you're not injecting Hubspot JS SKD via other tools (like Google Tag Manager). That was our case.
