Adding Multiple Fields to Blog Post

Hi, so I understand that by default, we have a post_body field in content which allows us to add editable content on our page.

Now I am trying to create a custom template page for blog posts but the only problem is that I need multiple fields to be editable by the user. I am unable to achieve this. Can this be done?

Hi, basically I am trying to build a team members listing page. The listing page will contain all the members and then I can visit each member's individual profile.
I am using Blogs for this purpose. The team members listing page is basically the blog listing page and each inidividual profile is the blog post.
Now the problem is that I want to store the blog post data in some specific fields. I want to store the role of each individual member in a separate field and I also want to store a numeric field which will allow me to sort the team members.

So far, I have no been able to find a way to create aditional fields in blog posts. Is this possible?
