Chatbot integration from another platform with Hubspot

Hi everyone,

I can't figure out how to connect the chatbot from my platform to the Hubspot widget. Maybe someone already managed to implement this case?

As I understand it, I can create and connect a router chatbot widget in Hubspot and use the "trigger a webhook" slot to exchange messages with my chatbot. But perhaps there is an opportunity to directly connect my chatbot to the widget.

I need my chatbot to receive and send messages from an interlocutor who writes in the Hubspot widget.

Unfortunately, I didn't find any information about it in the links you provided😢
