Can not get refresh & auth tokens while connecting our platform to hubspot

Hello,

Created two apps one for the test purposes the another one for the production purposes, both have same configuration just client id's & secrets and return urls are different. But when I'm trying to connect hubspot to the platform I just get expires_in instead of access token ,refresh token & expires in on the production but it works properly on the test environment. What can be the main issue that I can't get tokens on production but can get on test env. ?

Hey, @Raklet 👋 Can you share any additional details or context? You mentioned having a production account. Have filed a support ticket for this issue? If not, I'd suggest utilizing those resources as well.

Hey, used OAuth2 to authenticate hubspot, then when a contact created on our platform it also have been cretaed on hubspot, but while I'm trying to connect our platform with hubspot didn't get any errors but can not get auth token, refresh token just get expires in when send a request. When trying to create a contact get an error like :

Cookie not found in the request.","app-cookie":"app-cookie not engaged. App cookie is not present on the request."}} ". What can be the issue right here?
