Hi all,

If the person who created a workflow leaves te company will the workflow still work?

I'm just wondering asI have some that are created by a user other than admin user. I know in other systems like Microsoft 365 the workflows will fail if the account of the creator gets deactivated.

Yes, workflows created by deactivated users will continue to work.

The bigger challenge, in my experience, is understanding their workflows once they have left. Documentation becomes very valuable.

Great thanks @Phil_Vallender and yes, it's always a pain when trying to decipher complex workflows created people who are no longer arond 🙂
