Hey, @SLoCastro 👋 You can do this with the Engagements — Calls endpoint

You'll use the property

hs_call_disposition

The endpoint

POST /crm/v3/objects/calls

in your request body.

If your account has set up custom call outcomes, you can find their disposition GUIDs using this API.

Hi Jaycee,

I'm asking about creating a Disposition itself, like "No Answer", "Busy", "Custom Disposition 2", etc., not the result of a call itself. Does that make sense?

Hi, @SLoCastro! Thanks for clarifying. You are not missing an option here. Custom disposition must be created in-app — Create custom call and meeting outcomes.

Please see the following note from the documentation:

Please note: custom call outcomes are not supported by the call outcomes API and cannot be used in the HubSpot mobile app.
