What will be the process to generate URL to call Webhooks API to get deleted contacts? Also, how to generate access token for authorization?

You need the Webhook API to get started with Webhooks. It uses the OAuth2 flow, which is described in these docs.

I was not able to get the access token after following the Oauth2 flow and it also did not connect my app to my hubspot account.

Also, what will be the URL(API) that will be called to get updated/created/deleted objects in the form of JSON?

When you set up your webhooks, you can define the URL (endpoint) where the JSON should be posted.

If I hit the URL with Acess Token as GET in postman, will it give me the JSON in response?
