That is strange, I can't replicate this on my end either. As long as the Embed Code <A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ctas/embed-calls-to-action-cta-on-an-external-site" target="_blank" rel="noopener">you use to place your CTA hasn't been altered</A> I would expect the CTA to render as a text link.
