Fetching "call and meeting type" values per call/meeting engagement

Is it possible to fetch the associated value for "call and meeting type" within a call or meeting object via v3 of the CRM API?

I believe this may be a custom object/schema that is then associated with the call/meeting, as this doesn't exist as a standard field or associated object within engagements?

Hi @PBushell,

The API docs aren't very clear on this as there isn't a reference to Type.

Engagement - Calls: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/calls
Engagement - Meetings: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/meetings

However, according to @dennisedson, you might be able to use activityType. I am not certain whether this pulls only the high-level activity type or the specific custom meeting and call type. Maybe Dennis can provide additional clarity here?

Enagagements have changed since I responded to that thread you mentioned.

In the newer API, there is a property called hs_activity_type that you can request by appending it to the request url.

example: https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/meetings?properties=hs_activity_type

You can get a list of all available properties for any object by hitting the properties endpoints
