Hello @wbobeirne,

You can use multiple ways to do this work,

You can create a form on HubSpot then embed that form directly on the site

You can map the existing non-HubSpot form from your site to HubSpot on your portal

Once the form will get submitted the contact/company will automatically get crated on the portal

Hope it will help you out

Embed default HubSpot create forms

Hey y'all, I'm working on adding the ability to quickly create HubSpot contacts / companies / deals from our application, and rather than re-build a completely custom HubSpot form, we were hoping we could just embed the same iframe form that the HubSpot dashboard itself uses, since it looks like that's already using the Forms system.

I've tried hitting the API to look for those forms, but they don't seem accessible. The URL of the embedded forms also doesn't seem to render anything without some JS magic that I'm unaware of. Is this possible to do right now? Thanks!

Hey, @wbobeirne! Great question. to clarify, you are asking about the Create (Object record) form in-app, correct? As shown in my screenshots? If so, you are not missing anything. It is not possible to pull in this form. I agree 100% that this would be useful.

Yes, that's exactly the one I meant. Bummer! Is there a way using the API to fetch which fields have been configured for it, so that I can build my own that's got identical fields?
