Bug report - Workflow extension - line break disappear

Hello,

I created a workflow extension with one TEXTAREA field :

I created a workflow with this extension :

I saved the worflow and tested it. The data I received didn't contain the first line break.

And when I go back to the worflow definition and click on my workflow extension, the line break has disappeared:

There seems to be a bug with the workflow definition interface.

What happened ?

Hey @NBP,

On my end, I'm also seeing the same behavior. For this, I have reached out to our internal team to look into this issue. For the time being, I believe if you'd like to set a line break after the last name token, you can do this:

- Enter a line break before the last name token

- Enter a line break after the last name token

This way, you should be able to see something like this:

Hello Contact: Last name,

line 1

Hello @WendyGoh ,

The tips with two lines break works well but it's difficult to explain the tips for the clients because we can't add informations directly in the workflow extension.

Will the bug be corrected by the team?

This issue still persists and I am still facing the same now. Are you sure the fix is pushed? I have attached screenshot before and after saving the textarea.

Hello,

I created a workflow extension with one TEXTAREA field,

After saving the workflow it trims line breaks and spaces at the end of the message in the text area.

Before saving the workflow action :

Here is a similar bug and it says that the issue is resolved, but it looks like its not resolved.

Please help
