Port data to hubspot and join with Contact data

hello everyone!
I am working on a data integration from my database to hubspot.
What i need to do is to port some order data (we are talking about insurance policies, so dates, product names and few other data) to hubspot, linking them to contact data. No problem with custom properties, as long as it's to synchronize the data of a policy or two.
going beyond that, the solution is not scalable at all.
This data would then be used to process the contacts and insert them into workflows or custom lists, so it would be great if the proposed solution took this factor into consideration as well.

Another information is, I would sync this data from my db to hubspot with api integration.

Is there any solution or workaround that i can adopt to do this synchronization in a better way? I'm thinking, for example, to a database with two tables in a database and a 1 to N relation.

I've seen that custom objects would be good for me, but it's a feature provided in a plan that I can't access, at least not for now

Hi @Fpugliese ,

Do you use the Deals object for any other purpose? If not, you could use the free version of Sales Hub or use Sales Starter if you need more custom properties. This sounds like a good use case for the deal object.

It's very interesting as solution and it seems to solve all my problems.

Unfortunately the deals are already used by another part of the business, but I want to ask my colleagues if I proceed to this integration I could cause some problem.
Question for you, is there a deal object record limit for a sales hub starter account?
What do you mean by more custom objects?

In any case, is there an alternative to the solution you mentioned?

Hi @Fpugliese ,

You could use Sales Starter and create a second pipeline for your integration. That way, it wouldn't interfere with the other part of the business.

For deals, you have the following limit:
15,000,000 records per standard object per account for paying customers (1,000,000 records for free accounts)

I made a typo, I meant custom properties instead of custom objects.
