Forms within CRM cards

How do I create a form within a CRM card? I see that the Slack CRM card integration has a form component, but none of the CRM card docs mention how to configure one.

(Any additional docs on CRM cards would also be useful, the existing docs are fairly limited on describing functionality)

@jason-revops What you're looking for in the screenshot isn't quite available to you via the "Return JSON" endpoint... that can only be accomplished using a custom IFRAME Action. And then you'll need to make sure you're returning the proper HTML to display what you're looking for.

We do that with React but that may be overkill for what you're looking to do.

Awesome, thanks! The styling of the form made it look like it was being done as part of HubSpot. Your video was also really useful to learn some more and confirm what I've already figured out.
