Copy/move a workflow from one portal to another

Hello,

I'm trying to copy/clone a workflow from one portal to another (testing portal > production portal).

Is there a tool that can fit my need? Or i must go by creating my own solution with all the Workflow API available? (get Workflow > copy all o components emails, forms > create the workflow on the destination portal)

Hi @CLipcaneanu,

There are tools for this, for example Portal Replicator by Leadsruptive or Mergespot. Alternatively, correct, you'd work with the API.

If this is a one-time task and we're talking about a small number of workflows, it's usually faster to recreate them manually in my experience.

Hi @CLipcaneanu ,

You cannot directly clone the workflow but You can get the workflow with this api https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/workflows/v3/get_workflow and then create the workflow with in your respective portal with this api https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/workflows/v3/create_workflow

NOTE:creation of workflow only supports contact based workflows .

thanks, unfortunately, I'm aware of the workflow API limitations. it will be a lot of work to make an in-house solution but it is possible
