We have received below error while using contact api

Contacts/v1/contact/vids/batch/

I would like to know if this issue is for oauth endpoint or Contacts/v1/contact/vids/batch/ endpoint. It would be great if anyone can provide suggestions to resolve this issue. This is affecting our pre-prod environment.

Hello there @sdeshmukh,

If you are getting a TEN_SECONDLY_ROLLING limit error, you should throttle the requests that your app is making to stay under that limit.

If after adding the throttle the requests are running out of the daily limit you can check out the suggestions outlined in HubSpot's documentation here: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/faq/working-within-the-hubspot-api-rate-limits
