HubSpot to Mindbody Data Sync Integration

Hi All,

Need some help where possible.

I have set up the data sync integration between HubSpot and Mindbody (A gym management software). My Mindbody account is showing that the HubSpotInc API is installed and the Mindbody app integration is active in Hubspot, so it seems like they are currently connected on both ends.

I have set up the data sync to be a two-way sync of an active list in HubSpot to Contacts in Mindbody. In Hubspot, the integration indicated that the sync is 'ON' but none of the contacts from the active list show up in Mindbody.

Can anyone help me trouble shoot?

Are you still experiencing issues? Have you tried turning it off and back on? Maybe try another list to see if that works?

I have never worked with this integration so kind of shooting in the dark. Are there settings in Mind Body that need to be modified to allow the sync?

Same problem here! Everything looks fine, but no contacts synced.

@dennisedson Everything looks normal on both sides, connected on the API page on mindbody and sync is ON on HubSpot. Also tried turning it on and off, still nothing.

@Awni , @mscheerer , is this still an issue? Have either of you contacts Mindbody to see if there is a known issue on their end?

Issue has been solved! .. It seems that Mindbody will only sync contacts with both First Name and Last Name known in HubSpot. Any contacts without last names, or only emails will not be synced.

This turnkey solution between Mindbody and HubSpot will give you a lot more control.
