text input missing from non hubspot forms on wordpress

Hello,

I recently installed the hubspot plug in on wordpress but from that time my non-hubspot forms changed. When someone submits a non hubspot form, I get his info (name, email) but the text input is missing, so actually I cannot see his message. How can I fix this issue?

Hey there MStav- Cheers for engaging with the community.

Can you link the form itself/the page the form is on, and I can advise on why HubSpot might not be picking up this particular field?

Actualy I solved the problem by copying the form on hubspot and creating new properties, including a message property. 🙂
