Hello,

I have the JS tracking code set up on my public website (handle by my own code), on the private part (same code/url than public) and the blog (handle by Hubspot). I use the chat and tracking.

On public site and private chat, I use tracking code for the chat feature. On the private side, the chat feature is used as support chat. Problem is that for example when a user connect to his account, he use the email + password form, which is registered by Hubspot, I don't want that happening. Same thing for all the forms in the private part of the site.

Is there a way to prevent the JS tracking code form listening to form submit event ? Maybe all at once or just some forms ?

Thank you 🙂

Hi @Belibaste - This solution by @garrett9 seems the most promising.

https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Lead-Capture-Tools/Ignore-a-specific-non-Hubspot-form-from-being-collected/td-p/246957

Garrett, do you know if this workaround is still valid?
