Hi there,

Hope someone can help. I work for a software company. I would like the information from our software to integrate with HubSpot to update companies with things such as product usage i.e. what features do they use/not use, when did they last login etc.

We can get the data from our system in a CSV, and upload into Hubspot, so the fields are all there.

I'm not a developer and wouldn't even know where to start to be honest!

Hi @abbiehughes

You could push the information from your system into HubSpot using the HubSpot API – this would require custom code inyour software. It would be a reasonably big job but it would give you all the information you needed in HubSpot.

Alternately, depending on what language your software is written in, you could use something like Flurry, Intercom or Mixpanel to analyse your User's behaviour, then use Zapier (or something similar) to sync with HubSpot.
