Hello,

It`s possible integrate HubSpot Conversations into external channel using API? Ex: We have a service channel that performs a human service in live chat in external app. We can use HubSpot's inbox to send and receive messages in real time between applications using an API?

At this time, the HubSpot conversations inbox is not accessible via API.

This feature request appears to be most relevant to your use case, however. I recommend upvoting the idea and commenting with your needs to share feedback with our product team.

Is it still not available as I want to download all the chats in covsersation .So I need an API to access the chat history
