Cisco Commerce API integration

Hello,

We are looking at intergration between HubSpot and Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).

We want to update deals in HubSpot based on the order status in CCW, so that when the deal is Approved in CCW, it will move from the Registered column in Orders Pipeline to Deal Approved column in Sales Pipeline.

The API call to get the status code from CCW (you can apply a filter per deal ID) and it will return a status.code string parameter is:

https://api.cisco.com/commerce/QUOTING/v1/ListQuoteService

Any guidance or direction on how to setup this up on Hubspot would be greatly appriciated.

Sincere apologise for the delayed in response!

In this case, it looks like your team is looking to update the HubSpot deal stage property based on the status code retrieved from CCW.

Your team can use the CRM API | Deals - specifically the UPDATE deal endpoint to update the deal stage from registered to deal approved based on the status code.
