Hubspot Tracking Code to Duda

Hi,

I'm after some help in how I add the tracking code for chat box to my Duda Website, I added the code to <body> for the whole site as instructed, and I have a chat flow set up for one of the pages. Do I need to add code to that particualr page as well?? (image doesn't have code embedded, just for illustration)

Hey @apayne38,

If you've added the HubSpot tracking code on the whole site, you do not have to install the tracking code again on the specific site. Additionally, have you set your chatflows to show on the specific page (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/create-chatflows - refer to the '2. Target - decide where the live chat should appear' section)?

Are you seeing that the chatflow isn't appearing on that particular page?
