Are you looking to track contact subscription changes in HubSpot? Hopefully this helps, else do provide me with more context about your end goal here.

Thanks for replying to the post, our team have professional subscription. so we cant create workflows. Actually our goal is to sync "unsubscription" between hubspot and mailchimp. if user unscubscribed from hubspot they should "unsubscribe" from mailchimp. Is there any way to sync that OR to call API route which we already implemented to unsubscribe user from mailchimp. Kindly suggest me.

and is there any possibility to get all contacts properties(email) so we can run cron job and unsubscribe them all from our API route.

Thank you for your response.

Currently, HubSpot do not have the ability to unsubscribe user from Mailchimp. That said, I believe you can use the Mailchimp update endpoint here: Update a Contact to update the subscription status of a contact.

Additionally, I'd suggest for you to create a list (Create active or static lists) using contact properties e.g. Opted out of email is known. Next we can use this endpoint here: Get contacts in a list to get the list of unsubscribed contacts.
