Hanging page upon dev account creation

I am having an issue where I cannot sign-up for a dev account with an existing account. The log-in page just hangs indefinitely when fetching info. See below.

Hardware: 2015 iMac

OS: macOS Mojave 10.14.5

Browsers (tried both):

Chrome: Version 75.0.3770.80 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Firefox: Version 67.0.1 (64-bit)

I've tried clearing cache and cookies, but that made no difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I need to create a dev account ASAP so we can sort an API task for a client.

Hey @DigitalChamps ,

Can you open up the Chrome Developer Tools (cmd + shift + c) and look for errors in the 'Console' and 'Network' tabs? Feel free to direct message me so that you can share account information (email, hub id) if you wish.

It doesn't work for me to create an account. If I open the devtools in chrome & safari I get 429 "Too many requests"
