topic Non-Admin Able to Disconnect App in APIs & Integrations

In testing, I authorized my integration under the Super Admin user for an account. Then, I logged in as another (non-admin) user for the same portal, and under the Integrations-->Apps page, was able to disconnect the app that had been installed by the Super Admin.

I wouldn't expect non-admins to be able to disconnect apps for the whole team that were authorized by the team's admin. Is this a bug, or is it intentionally set up this way?
