My understanding is that they've sunset that feature, or pulled back from launching it out of beta.

Shame as it was an attractive feature - but maybe harder than anticpated to implement reliably. All information about it appears to have gone.

Based on recent updates in the HubSpot Knowledge Base, community discussions, and AI-generated insights, it looks like the HubSpot Cookie Scanner is no longer available as a standalone feature. Instead, HubSpot has shifted to using its Cookie Consent Management tools.

While Hubspot may have deactivated their cookie scanner there is a free cookie scanner you can use from our team over at Captain Compliance: https://captaincompliance.com/solutions/cookie-scanner/ there are two options. One is to scan as a website on the left hand tab and build a report to setup a consent banner or just a straight scan. Both will give you the library of 1st party and 3rd party cookies. Thanks for raising this question — the removal of the cookie scanner definitely created confusion for many users. Teams relied on it for quick GDPR checks, so having it disappear without a clear replacement makes compliance harder. Hopefully HubSpot will provide an updated tool or recommend an alternative soon. Just to clarify, HubSpot actively supports the compliance function, such as cookie banners and consent management, that the scanner would have supported, making it possible to meet obligations like GDPR using the platform's core tools.

If you are interested in scanning your site for cookies, I'd recommend using a third-party tool like "Usercentrics Cookiebot" that might help you.

Curious if you look at the Cookiebot reviews the last review says that Cookiebot/Usercentrics: " Frustratingly Difficult Implementation Process

It is super hard to make it work!"
