&lt;P&gt;By default, the double opt-in is enabled for all forms. It's not possible to disable the double opt-in on a by form basis, you would have to go into the double opt-in settings: &lt;EM&gt;Settings&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Marketing&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Email&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Subscriptions&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here you can specify whether the double opt-in should be enabled for osme pages only or disabled for some pages only:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In my screenshot, there is a &lt;EM&gt;Pages&lt;/EM&gt; dropdown to the right that includes a page called 'Test'. This is where you would specify included / excluded pages.&lt;/P&gt;
