Email suspended

My email is suspended and i understand why. There are sol many people laid off or not in there office that my hard kick back rate was higher than usual. What can i do? I tried to follow the marketing...email....but the create a ticket does not populate.

Please help

The email suspension process is entirely automated, but if you're on a paid plan you should be able to submit a ticket to appeal. Did you receive any email about it?

Which tier of HubSpot are you using? Free, Starter, Professional or Enterprise?

I've got exactly the same issue, have spent a few hours trying to find a solution but Hubspot go silent on this issue and refuse to offer any conclusive answer or direction.

For a customer services centric platform I find it rather bemusing...

Reading between the lines its curtains for both of us but you never know - we are in interesting times and maybe some empathy will emerge. If not I guess we can ditch the idea and try Salesforce or something similar.
