images in this message are hidden - report spam

Hello when I send email through hubspot, a gmail recipient shows the warning "images in this message are hidden" and then suggests to the email reader to report spam.

I've tried 2 different things to turn off the hidden pixels that hubspot puts in the message to track clicks but this warning is still showing.

I turned off track email opens as suggested here.

I turned off allow all users to track emails as suggested here.

Is this happening for 1 to 1 email sends or marketing emails? If this is for 1 to 1 sends do you have a signature set up?

I have also seen that this is something that can happen with low to no marketing sending reputation with domains. Could that possibly be and issue here as well?

it's happening for 1 to 1 emails. I do have a signature setup. But I removed all images from it. It's just HTML text.

I guess the domain could be an issue. It's my domain - deeplifeinsurance.com

it's happening for 1 to 1 sends. I even went into the admin settings and turned off the unsubscribe link for emails.

I have a signature setup. But it just has a web link in it - no images whatsoever.

Email Content and Structure: Gmail's filters analyze the content of your emails. Ensure that your emails have a balanced text-to-image ratio, avoid spam-triggering keywords, and maintain a clean HTML structure.
Email Authentication: Ensure that your domain has proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records set up. These authentication methods help verify that your emails are legitimately from your domain, reducing the likelihood of being marked as spam.
Sending Reputation: If your domain is new or has a low sending reputation, Gmail may be more cautious. Gradually increasing your sending volume and maintaining good engagement rates can help build trust.
Recipient Interaction: Encourage recipients to add your email address to their contacts and to mark your emails as "Not Spam" if they find them in the spam folder. This user feedback can improve deliverability over time.
Plain Text Emails: Consider sending plain text emails without any images or links to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if specific elements in your emails are triggering the warning.

If you've already disabled tracking and are still encountering issues, it might be beneficial to consult with HubSpot support.

@thedeepself, you can try sending your email to an email tester tool like https://www.mail-tester.com/

Review the analyzed email HTML contents; see if it contains any images.
