Manage Preference Link vs Unsubscribe Link

Hi,

is there a potential difference in email deliverability if a marketing email just has “Manage Preferences” in the footer in comparison to having both (or just) "Unsubscribe" link there?

Hi @DerFabian,

I am not aware of any performance differences and it hasn't been brought up as a concern before in the community, if I recall correctly. If there is any effect, having both should be a positive signal for email service providers as it is a way for recipients give feedback about the content quality by withdrawing or changing consent - which email service providers should appreciate.

Also, having fewer options means that a frustrated recipient might mark an email as spam - which would have a negative effect on reputation.
