Unfortunately nothing helped. The preview is not the same as the email I (and my collegues) receive in my inbox. The body colour disappears, so everything is the same colour as the background, the layout of the button is changing, and allignment disappears as well. One of my collegues has the "new outlook", and he receives the email correctly. How to fix this? The majority of my clients is still using the old outlook i suspect.

Hi

I want images to show horizontally in 3 columns. When I preview the email, this seems to work out. When I send the email, I receive the images vertically stacked in my inbox on my desktop every time. What is happening?

Hi @WVanBaekel, in your email editor when you click on the column section, do you have 'All devices' toggled off? Then, you will be able to differentiate mobile and desktop view settings - from here, you can set to column alignment on desktop view and column stacking on mobile.

If this isn't causing the issue, check that your image width settings aren't set to 100% as this may be forcing them to render at full width. Try setting the width to 50% or a pixel fixed width and test what that looks like.

You might have to check on different email types - use HubSpot's preview and test feature and see if the issue is displaying accross all email providers (Outlook, Gmail, etc).

Finally, if none of the above are causing the issue, what is the resolution of the monitor you are working with on your desktop? If your screen has a low resolution or if your browser window is too narrow, your email might think it's being viewed on a smaller device (like a phone) and switch to 'mobile mode', stacking images.

Let me know if any of the above resolve the issue or if you need more help!

Best regards,

Sarah Williams

Also the body colour is the same as the background colour suddenly. How to keep the text sections in the middle, alligned?
