Hi, I have an EDM in my drafts where i have rounded the edges on all images and I have green ticks in the text. When I test emailed the green ticks become black in mobile and the rounded edge images become square on desktop. Can anyone please advise how to resolve this?

Hi @aharnett,

Many variables can affect this, including how the email was constructed (what framework was used, how complex the layout is, etc), the format of images, the use of CSS for round edges and green ticks, and the email provider used for the test.
