Email Notification Issue

Hi HubSpot Team,

In our account, we have internal notifications set up under the "options" field of each form. We switch these notifications weekly to ensure the correct sales team member is receiving these notifications. This week, when we switched the email, we're still seeing sales going to the previous week's email. Everything appears to be set up correctly.

Can you please let us know how we can correct this quickly?

Have you republished the form (click "Update") since the last change? If not, that change is sitting around in draft mode and not yet active:
