How to resend emails to leads with negative open rate?

Hi guys,

I have 2 lists with 100 email addresses each,
I sent an email message 200 times,
but my message was only read 40 times and the page was only opened 20 times.

Now I would like to send a new email message to the 160 people who have not read the previous message: how can I get this?

Can you explain to me what steps I need to take?

Hi @AlleOtti,

When you open your sent marketing email in HubSpot, there is a "Recipients" tab where you can see who opened the email and under which you can create a list of the people who have opened the email.

Create that list, then clone your email - and exclude the newly created list of contacts who opened the email in the "Send or schedule" tab.

I'd recommend at least adjusting the subject line before resending. Something about it seems to have not worked the first time 😉

if it's possible, i love to look at some screen shoot,

i'm confused, maybe couse i'm not skilled, maybe couse i'have Italian version (free version).
