I'm trying to send emails to different groups in my company -- just one email address created through Google that contains different users, not an actual Hubspot list (for example certain company departments, certain office locations, etc such as all@company.com). But I've noticed users are no longer receiving the emails and think it may be because someone on the list unsubscribed. If one person in the group unsubscribed does that unsubscribe the whole group? Is there a way to re-subscribe the whole group? Is the solution to create an actual HubSpot list with the different criteria instead of using the group email?

Yes - the group subscription is tied to the entire group, not to the individual so if one person in your company complained that marketing was spamming them then the entire company is unsubscribed. You can manually resubscribe people, but if you have a user unsubscribing then you need to figure out who and why.

You could import your entire company into your database, but that could also get messy to maintain. Typically I like to post the emails in Slack or Teams to share with the broader company and then highlight the data with the sales/bdr to show what someone may have been recently sent in case the email was dynamic as sending to a group or individual address may result in a completely different email being read internally than what your prospect/customer sees.
