Yes, tracking has been disabled. Kind of eliminates one of the reasons I was using HS to begin with but I wanted to make sure it wasn't the tracking that was triggering the blocks.

95% of the one to one emails I send through HubSpot come back as undeliverable because possible spam content was detected. There is nothing but personally written text in the emails. No template. No mass emails. Previous threads I've seen blame this on the user's domain or hosting setup, but when I send the same email to the same email addresses OUTSIDE of Hubspot, using Outlook, they go through just fine. So it is absolutely a HubSpot-related issue. Plus I've checked all setting with my host, which are fine, and I've checked all blocklists to make sure my domain is not on it. Why are one to one emails sent using HubSpot seen as spam and rejected?

Hi @Sharpsburgian,

Likely because of the tracking elements in those emails. Have you tried disabling tracking? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/turn-off-one-to-one-email-tracking-or-attachment-logging
