Domain tracking // was email sent?

We sent an initial email from a domain that apparently was not being tracked properly. So now I don't see any results. The email address itself was verified before sending and the emails are also listed as having been sent in the summary, but so with zero results. Does this mean that the mail did get sent? If this is also listed there? Despite the fact that I cannot see any results?

Does that mean that if someone were to unsubscribe in that mailing, it would be processed as normal?

Could you maybe share a screenshot or two for additional context?

We are talking about marketing emails, correct? So you are seeing this screen, green dot for send/published but number sent = 0?

You can then dive into each email to see a full breakdown of recipients and the delivery status.

So here you can see it has been sent, but I cant see any results anywhere..
I think the reason is due to non-tracking (other domain) but im curious if it did had been sent? And therefore someone can ubsubscribe, respons etc....?

Hi @MWildeman

Can you click on details bekijken and share what you see there? Also what is the email type, that's been cut off in your screenshot.

I think there are two options here and my Dutch is a bit rustig, so I'm guessing:

This is a normal email that hasn't been sent to anyone
This is an automated email that has been published and not sent to anyone

Even with tracking switched off you would see the list of people you sent the email to.

Thanks for the additional information, yes that's the one.

So you have included contacts on list "230223_preciosa_contracting_PULSE" and excluded contacts from 4 other lists and have activated the "don't send to unengaged contacts" - is that correct?

How many people are left when you built a list with those conditions.

FYI - if you do have an Enterprise subsription, I would suggest speaking with HubSpot Support as they can live chat, do call backs and can access your portal directly, which will be quicker than us communicating in via comments. 😁

Yes that’s it. I can’t remember how much emailadresses it should has been sent to.
The thing is that I don’t think that actually was the issue. It was the cname records. But I was curious if it was sent or not…
