Access to edit office location in order to send marking emails

Can anyone tell me how can a Super Admin give access to edit the locations and footer in order to send marketing email?

Hey @AVashisht, thanks for reaching out! It looks like someone has asked this before:

"In order to edit the footer and office locations, a user will need permission to edit global content and access to read, write, and publish emails."
