Hi community,

There are several live campaigns we are running, all are on-demand (ebooks, webinars etc).

Unsubscribed contacts are not receiveing the emails, is there a way to bypass opt-out settings for on-demand content so everyone registered could get the content?

Best,

Tinky

Hi @Thetinky,

HubSpot has a specific add-on for this, called transactional email: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/how-to-use-transactional-email-in-hubspot

This works like any other subscription type but emails using this type can be sent to unsubscribed contacts, too.

(I'm not aware of any other ways to achieve this behavior without the add-on.)

If you're on a Marketing Hub Professional subscription, you could look into this feature: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/resubscribe-contacts-to-your-marketing-emails#resubscribe-a-contact-through-a-hubspot-form-marketing-hub-professional-enterprise-or-legacy-marketing-hub-basic-only

Best regards!
