Emails keep bouncing with error

Hi Everyone!

I'm pretty new to Hubspot and trying to send emails using the marketing tools, or one on one,to various agents and managers for my daughter who is seeking new reps. I am sending them one at a time and personalizing them in the body to that particular person. However, of the 4 I've sent so far, two were unopened and the other two keep bouncing with the following error message:

Your message couldn't be delivered to xxxxxxxxxxx because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.

The response from the remote server was:

550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. mail-wm1-f45.google.com [209.85.128.45]:43613 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication.

Does anyone know what this means or how I can fix it? I've tried resending several times with marketing email and one-on-one.

There is probably something wrong with your SMTP settings. Please check out this post to see how you can configure these settings.

Well, this one may be above my paygrade. :). I've looked through the settings and think it's all right. Also, if I send an email to one of my own email accounts or a friend, it works fine (although does end up in junk folder sometimes).
